The third Monday in January is sometimes referred to as ‘the most difficult day of the year’ but this is a myth.
Samaritans know there’s no such thing as ‘Blue Monday’, feeling low isn’t just something that happens on Mondays or a random day in January, so it was great to join Samaritans and their team of volunteers at Glasgow Central today to spread the message.
Whether you take a tea, coffee or an Irn Bru it is important to connect with people, check in and make sure you, and they are okay.
So, as the Samaritans say out with the blue and in with the brew… or Bru!
